Selecting Your Amplifier

Next, you will need to determine whether or not you will need to add an amplifier to your system. 

This can be a little tricky. As a general rule, if any of the following conditions apply, 

you will most likely need an amplifier:

• Antenna will be mounted indoors
• Stations are 30 or more miles away
• Poor terrain or location
• Multiple TV sets and/or coax lengths over 100ft
