Q: Why don't you show shipping
charges on your website?

A: We
calculate shipping charges manually. Why? Because we custom pack multiple
item orders together which can save you a substantial amount of
money on shipping charges. When you checkout at other online
retailers, they simply add individual charges together, which means you'll
pay more to get them to you . If you would like to find out prior to
ordering what your shipping rate will be, just give us a call at the
number listed above.
Q: How do I know if the item I'm
ordering is in stock?

A: If stock status is not
shown on the website for the item you are interested in, you may check
availability by calling us during normal business hours of Monday-Friday
7AM-5:30PM CST. You will also receive an e-mail notice advising status and
estimated availability of the item after your on-line order has been
placed. We make every effort to keep every item in stock - however, due to factory
availability and surges in demand, some items may be temporarily out of
stock. If your order is delayed due to a back-order, your credit card will not be charged until
your order ships from us.
Q: What methods of shipping do you

A: We ship most items by FedEx
Ground. We also offer 3 day, 2 day and next day air. USPS Priority shipping is also available.

placing your express order by phone rather than on-line. Your order should
be phoned in before 2 p.m. cst that day to insure that it ships on time.
