Why aren't shipping charges shown during checkout?

A: Our
shipping charges are calculated manually, therefore your on-line cart will
not show a shipping charge when you place your order. Each on-line order
is individually weighed and, whenever possible, combined to reduce the
number of packages shipped. While it may seem more advantageous to see
your shipping charge immediately, it usually means that you'll pay more to
get it to you. Our method results in customers saving money by paying less
in shipping - something we can all use in today's economy. Rest assured
that you're not dealing with some recent Internet start-up - Warren
Electronics has been in business for over 50 years, serving customers
throughout the Midwest and the United States. We have been online for over
a decade now, giving the same high level of service to our Internet
customers.
After
you finish your on-line order, you will receive two e-mails - the first, a
confirmation of your order and the second, a follow-up e-mail indicating
that your order has shipped and when it should arrive, along with your
shipping charge and tracking information. If you would like to find out prior

Q: How do I know if the item I'm
ordering is in stock?

A: If stock status is not
shown on the website for the item you are interested in, you may check
availability by calling us during normal business hours of Monday-Friday
7AM-5:30PM CST. You will also receive an e-mail notice advising status and
estimated availability of the item after your on-line order has been
placed. We make every effort to keep every item in stock - however, due to factory
availability and surges in demand, some items may be temporarily out of
stock. If your order is delayed due to a back-order, your credit card will not be charged until
your order ships from us.
Q: What methods of shipping do you
offer?

Ground. We also offer 3 day, 2 day and next day air. USPS Priority shipping is also available.
