If
you need to return a product for
credit, you will need to follow these steps:

Check
your invoice date - products over 30 days past the invoice date will
not be accepted for return.

Call
1-309-743-0383 Mon-Fri 7AM-5:30PM CST to obtain an RMA number. Please
have your invoice ready.

Include
a copy of the original invoice with your return and mark the shipping
carton with the RMA number.

Products
that are returned for credit are subject to a twenty percent restock
charge.

Special-order
items will not be accepted for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns
will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply:
- Product is damaged.
- Packaging is missing or damaged.
- Missing or damaged accessories.
- Product is not in resalable condition (scratches,
modifications etc.).
No Return will be accepted
without a RMA (return authorization number.)
