Warren Electronics Return Policy

If you need to return a product for credit, please follow these steps:

  • Check your invoice date - products over 30 days past the invoice date will not be accepted for return.

  • Call 1-309-743-0383 Mon-Fri 7AM-5:30PM CST to obtain an RMA number. Please have your invoice ready.

  • Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and mark the shipping carton with the RMA number.

  • Products that are returned for credit are subject to a twenty percent restock charge. 

  • Special-order items will not be accepted for return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Returns will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply:

  • Product is damaged.
  • Packaging is missing or damaged.
  • Missing or damaged accessories.
  • Product is not in resalable condition (scratches, modifications etc.).

No Return will be accepted without a RMA (return authorization number.)

Defective Items

Items that are found to be defective may be returned for replacement. You must call and obtain and RMA number prior to returning product. A copy of the invoice along with a brief description of the problem should also be included. Upon receipt of defective item, a replacement will be sent.

 

Shipper Damage

If your shipment was damaged by the carrier, please call 1-309-743-0383 Mon-Fri 7AM-5:30PM CST.

 

Manufacturer Warranties

The items we offer are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties and may vary according to manufacturer and product. Warren Electronics is not responsible for labor costs associated with these products.
